About Jessica
Jessica Singh serves as Senior Technical Advisor and team leader, bringing more than 13 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning to international development initiatives. In her current role, she leads teams while conducting evaluations and mentoring mid-level and junior staff on data collection, coding, and reporting for State Department projects. Previously, she worked as Senior Evaluation Advisor at the TIP office, focusing on anti-trafficking efforts, and held advisory positions with the Africa Bureau and INL from 2015 to 2022, addressing counter-narcotics and transnational organized crime through program design and data-driven insights. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations with a minor in pre-law and a Master's in international policy studies with a focus on human security and development. She has earned certifications in managing evaluations, program design, monitoring and evaluation, and DDR. Her contributions have been recognized with an excellence in monitoring and evaluation award at the TIP office and as a finalist for I4DI new concepts for monitoring and evaluation. Outside her primary work, she volunteers as a panel reviewer for Scaling Pathways for Home Ownership, supporting nonprofit efforts to improve access to homeownership for lower-income families.

If you admire somebody that you are working with... ask for guidance... always listen, because you miss a lot of wisdom when you think you already know something
