Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jessica
01What do you attribute your success to?
My family. I didn't grow up with much. I didn't go without a lot. And I want to give my kids the best life, the best childhood. And I want them to see how hard I tried, and how much I gave, so they can do the same thing.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I want women to know that they're capable of more than what they think that they are. That you don't need to wait for the perfect moment or for everything to make sense, because it's just not going to. If they feel that pull in them, that they want to do something more, I think that they should listen to it. Because honestly, that's really where the growth starts.
