01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is to follow my heart and pursue work that I genuinely love. I believe that when you are passionate about what you do, you are more likely to find fulfillment, continue growing, and advance professionally. After 13 years in the tax and accounting industry, I can confidently say that I truly enjoy my work. I value the opportunity to work with numbers, help clients navigate their tax matters, and build meaningful one-on-one relationships with the people I serve. My passion for the profession has been an important part of my continued growth and success.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the tax and accounting industry is not to let the pressure of working with numbers and money overwhelm you. Take each challenge one step at a time, and never be afraid to ask questions. There is no shame in making mistakes; what matters is learning from them, continuing to grow, and understanding the process that leads to success. Take the time to fully understand the concepts, regulations, and laws that guide the profession, and always be thorough in your work. I believe in verifying and even triple-checking the details to ensure accuracy and provide clients with the highest level of service.
