01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say, obviously, believing in myself. I don't know how to put it, but not giving up when it gets hard during the difficult moments of being a business owner. Just kind of saying, okay, it's just another little bump in the road.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always bet on yourself.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be confident, and learn as much as you can. Take as many classes as you can. And yeah, just stick with it, don't give up on it.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I would say the biggest challenge is, for me personally, social media. When I first started out, social media did not exist, and now everything is so much in social media, so for me, I think social media is a struggle. I feel like that's probably my biggest challenge. I'm competing with people in their 20s, and I'm in my 40s, and I'm like, oh my gosh, I have no idea what the hell I'm doing.
