Jessica Worman
Jessica Worman is a dedicated hospitality professional and the Director of Sales and Marketing at Cambria Hotel Rehoboth Beach. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality and event management industry, Jessica has built her career on creating unforgettable guest experiences and bringing her clients’ visions to life. Her passion for hospitality began at a young age, inspired by her dream of working for Disney—a company renowned for its exceptional guest service. That early inspiration shaped her professional philosophy: to deliver the same level of warmth, attention to detail, and magic in every event and interaction.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University, with a concentration in Hospitality Management, and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing at Keller Graduate School of Management. Her background spans roles in event planning, sales leadership, and marketing management, including positions with Plantation Lakes Golf and Country Club and PiNNacle Hospitality Group. In addition to her corporate career, Jessica is the proud owner of Seashore Hospitality, an event planning business where she helps clients host seamless, memorable occasions across Delaware and Maryland.
At Cambria Hotel Rehoboth Beach, Jessica leads the hotel’s sales and marketing initiatives, blending her strong sales acumen with her deep-rooted passion for hospitality. She is instrumental in positioning the property as a premier destination in Sussex County, offering resort-style amenities and exceptional service. Jessica thrives on building relationships and believes success in sales is not just about numbers—but about the connections and memories created along the way. Whether managing large-scale events, driving business growth, or volunteering through organizations like Operation Christmas Child, Jessica continues to make a lasting impact in both her professional and personal communities.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, perseverance, and a deep passion for creating memorable experiences. As a little girl, I dreamed of working for Disney, but as a young mother, I found my path in the hospitality industry. I started from the ground up—first as a bartender, then moving into sales and banquets—and steadily worked my way up to my current role as Sales Director. Along the way, I also pursued my entrepreneurial spirit by starting my own event planning business, which allows me to bring creativity and joy to every occasion I touch.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is at the heart of everything I do. My daughters and my new grandson inspire me every day to work hard and stay grounded in what truly matters. I value love, balance, and creating meaningful memories—whether that’s through my work or simply spending time with my family at the beach, enjoying life’s simple and beautiful moments.
