01What do you attribute your success to?

I’m driven by a commitment to push beyond comfort and lead with resilience so the team can thrive. My focus is on creating the conditions for growth, elevating performance, and ensuring every challenge becomes an opportunity for the team to advance.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The most impactful career advice I’ve received is to pursue opportunities even when I don’t feel completely prepared. Stepping into unfamiliar territory accelerates growth, sharpens capability, and builds confidence through real experience.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never diminish their capabilities. Trust your potential, stay curious, and pursue continuous learning. Build a strong circle of mentors, colleagues, and advocates who challenge you, guide you, and champion your growth as you navigate new opportunities and complex challenges.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the strongest advantages in this industry is the ability to advance from within. It’s a field where individuals can build meaningful, high‑growth careers without a traditional degree, while certifications further enhance expertise and credibility. The combination of accessibility, skill‑based progression, and continuous professional development makes this industry exceptionally rewarding for those who are driven to grow.

Kindness is a guiding principle in both my professional and personal life. I aim to approach every interaction with compassion, respect, and genuine care, making it a priority to treat others thoughtfully and with intention.
