Ten minutes with Jessika
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience and relentless effort. I believe you don't have to be the smartest or the fastest to succeed—you simply have to be the one who refuses to give up. Persistence, determination, and the willingness to keep moving forward, even through challenges, have been the driving forces behind my journey.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to do what I love and focus on creating value rather than chasing money. I’ve found that when I’m passionate about my work and committed to making a meaningful impact, success and opportunities naturally follow.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay authentic and true to who you are. Don’t rush the process or compare your timeline to others. Trust your instincts, embrace every stage of your journey, and remember that growth comes not only from reaching your goals but also from the experiences along the way.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The value that matters most to me is the belief that personal development must come before professional development. By continuously investing in my character, mindset, and growth as a person, I become better equipped to lead, serve others, and achieve meaningful success in both my career and personal life.
