01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would always encourage them all those like migrant women they come here and they don't work they will be like have a dream or they will be working back in India. Your dreams should not like stop because you are here in a different country with different people. It should not matter to you like all you need to do is take one step. The one step towards your dream will make you like go and work. If you are like sitting in your comfort zone all the time you may not be able to grow so there is a risk that you need to take but don't take a bigger step just take a smaller step. Even if you if you fail you can able to like get up and then come back.
