Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jiahui
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say knowing oneself really well and finding the good sweet spot to marry natural talents and the societal needs and your personal passion of course. If one can find that sweet spot that can actually just naturally bring out the best story. In my case I'm lucky and I was able to realize okay I'm really good at logical thinking and figuring out and bridging the business need with data and also use the data to find out the patterns and the deep dive stories and to bring back the insights to the business.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I definitely value I think the key principles I use to evaluate what I do or not is whether it's just benefiting not only me but at least the one external either person or the environment or the animals and so I definitely value that. And success to me is not necessarily to have a promotion more importantly is whether what I'm doing is actually can benefit others. Yeah that has been my kind of immortal over these years. And the world is a really interesting place when you're actually not really focusing on yourself and you actually the world actually rewards you with a lot of more good stuff bringing the internal peace and the serenity I would say.
