About Jiderechukwu

I am a supply chain and operations professional with a strong background in production planning, procurement, inventory management, and process improvement, currently serving as a Supply Chain Specialist and Production Planner at MNG 2005, Inc., a role I have held since August 2024. In this position, I own production planning and inventory control processes, aligning demand, material availability, and output while maintaining ninety-nine percent on-time delivery. I manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and components, analyze sales and inventory data to forecast material requirements, manage Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and Work Orders, and support the ERP migration to NetSuite by aligning inventory, BOM, and production data. I also lead an inventory data integrity initiative, implement process improvements including a custom shelving system and inventory tracking log, track and report key operational metrics, identify and resolve production and inventory bottlenecks, lead cross-functional coordination, develop SOPs, optimize capacity utilization, and lead production floor operations.

Alongside this role, I serve as Senior Campus Operations Manager at Storage Scholars LLC, where I manage end-to-end student storage operations, oversee logistics and inventory tracking, maintain location accuracy, developed and implemented a facility mapping system to optimize space utilization, lead recruitment and training of student and contractor teams, collaborate with campus partners, and maintain accurate inventory records.

I also served as a Teaching Assistant in Operations and ITM at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University, where I assisted with instruction and grading for graduate courses in supply chain and operations management, supporting students in topics including demand planning, sourcing strategy, and operations analytics. I served as an IT and IS Service Help and Operations Optimization Project Manager at the Pius XII Memorial Library at Saint Louis University, where I collected and analyzed customer feedback data, driving a threefold increase in satisfactorily resolved tickets, streamlined IT helpdesk workflows, diagnosed and resolved technical issues, and maintained consistent ticket resolution.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Business Development Consultant and Procurement Specialist at Value Synergy Ltd in Nigeria for over six years, where I identified and developed business opportunities across the oil and gas sector, converting fifty percent of opportunities into sales and generating the company's first two hundred and fifty thousand dollars in revenue. I led procurement activities including RFQs, bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract execution, directed contract negotiations with suppliers achieving an average five percent cost savings per project, supervised preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and coordinated cross-functional teams to support project delivery.

Across my career in supply chain, operations, and procurement, my work has been driven by a commitment to operational excellence, process improvement, and delivering results that drive efficiency and growth. Whether I am managing production planning, leading inventory integrity initiatives, or developing business opportunities, I bring strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and a hands-on approach to solving complex operational challenges. I am proud of the work I have done and excited to continue growing as a supply chain and operations leader.
