Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my husband’s unwavering encouragement. After my mother passed away from cancer, I struggled to find the motivation to continue my studies. His constant support and belief in my potential pushed me to complete my degree in Chemistry, turning a time of deep loss into a journey of purpose and achievement.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to prioritize personal care. Taking care of yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally—is essential to sustaining success. When you nurture your well-being, you bring your best self to your work, your relationships, and every opportunity that comes your way.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important value to me, both in my work and personal life, is empowering women through mutual support. I believe that when women uplift and encourage one another, we create a stronger, more compassionate community where everyone has the confidence to reach their full potential.
