I attribute my success to the way I was raised. As one of seven children, I learned early on how to understand and identify the needs of others, which has shaped my ability to connect, support, and lead with empathy.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to become a master of listening—not just with my ears, but also with my heart and my eyes. This approach has helped me understand people more deeply and respond with greater empathy and intention.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women to stay true to their own path and not feel pressured to follow anyone else’s timeline. Success looks different for everyone, and embracing your unique journey is key to achieving your goals.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is navigating remote international contracts. This requires adaptability, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills, but it also opens the door to collaborating with diverse teams and expanding global impact.
