Jill Bold is a seasoned AI data professional, writer, and journalist based in Fort Worth, Texas. With a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Arlington, she combines a strong foundation in editorial and analytical skills with hands-on experience in AI data annotation and quality assurance. Over the past several years, Jill has honed her expertise in annotating and labeling complex AI-generated content, training AI models, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of large-scale data for leading tech companies, including Meta.
Currently, Jill serves as a Data Annotator III - Team Lead at TEKsystems @ Meta, where she leads and supports her team, providing guidance and training while optimizing workflow processes. Her career has spanned various AI-focused roles, from AI Writing Specialist to Senior AI Data Trainer, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both content creation and the technical aspects of machine learning. Jill’s systematic approach, paired with her collaborative and empathetic leadership style, has made her a trusted partner in developing AI systems that are both effective and ethically grounded.
