Jill Fecher

Jill Fecher serves as Executive Director of Pima, a trade association serving the insurance and financial services industries, a role she assumed in November after many years as a member and board participant. She brings 23 years of experience in sales and marketing, beginning her career at the FKM Group where she advanced from intern to vice president and leadership team member over 16 years while serving clients in heavily regulated sectors including insurance, financial services, banking, and utilities. Fecher then spent four years as chief growth officer at Cypress North, a digital marketing agency, where she established operational processes and new business development strategies that doubled the employee count and nearly tripled revenue during the COVID period. She subsequently led sales and marketing for one and a half years at a tech startup focused on a call center platform before returning to her industry roots at Pima. In addition to her primary role, Fecher provides consulting services for sales and marketing growth to various organizations. She earned a business degree with dual majors in management and marketing from St. Bonaventure University and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives.
