Dr. [Last Name] is a distinguished biology professor, researcher, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in higher education and infectious disease research, currently serving as Professor of Biology at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where she teaches Immunology, Microbiology, Ecology of Infectious Diseases, and Anatomy and Physiology, and conducts research with a focus on One Health. She also serves as CEO of Adventure Bioscience, a new venture she founded in 2026. Her research explores the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health, with multiple projects addressing infectious disease ecology and public health. She previously served as Associate Professor of Biology at UPJ and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh.
