Jill Jones

She is a seasoned telecommunications project management and operations leader with over a decade of experience in permitting strategy, program administration, and executive support, currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Managers for Permitting at Lumen Technologies, where she leads a team of Project Managers supporting national network deployment programs, with a focus on permitting strategy, execution discipline, and risk management. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Project Manager for Permitting at Lumen, and as Senior Program Administrator at Ansco & Associates following Black & Veatch's divestiture of its Telecommunications Division. Her career includes over seven years at Black & Veatch, where she served as Administrative Services Supervisor and Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Telecommunications, and as Project Support Assistant. She also served as Assistant Project Manager at Pioneer Mechanical Services and as Program Support Coordinator at Sewickley Valley YMCA. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and is recognized as a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven leader who combines deep project management expertise with a commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and team development.
