Her Story
About Jill
Jill Knickerbocker is an employee benefits and client service professional with experience in benefits consulting, group employee benefits, account management, and client relationship management. She currently serves as Senior Account Manager after being promoted earlier this year following four and a half years in the role. Her career path includes prior work in HR benefits administration at 14 West and an earlier start in the mortgage industry. She holds a degree from the University of South Carolina and a Mental Health Training Certification from an eight-hour course. Among her honors, she received the Rising Star Award from Living Classrooms in Baltimore while working in HR. Outside of work, she donates blood every 56 days with the American Red Cross and attributes her success to a strong work ethic developed through playing sports, including lacrosse, throughout her life.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My good work ethic. I played two sports growing up, lacrosse my whole life. That kind of put a good head on my shoulders, and taught me how to work well with others, even when you may not get along the best, and just kind of how to stay strong and persevere.
