About Jill
Jill Wicker serves as Assistant Vice President for Fidelity National Financial in the Title Division, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. She entered the real estate title and escrow industry in 1995, shortly after graduating college, motivated by an interest in real estate and an article highlighting the key role of title insurance. With early exposure to business-to-business sales through a family business, where she began making cold calls as a teenager, Jill has built a career focused on transactional work in a competitive market. She attributes her success to being regimented and detail-oriented, combined with strong communication, proactivity, and consistency. A firm believer in leading with trust, Jill prioritizes investing in long-term relationships and earning the right to ask for business through demonstrated value and reliability.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm very regimented, detail-oriented, communication, being proactive and consistent, those are key. Building trust. I'm a firm believer that you have to build trust before you can ask for business, or that you've earned the right to ask for business. So investing in those long-term relationships, not looking at things as just a short-term, quick turnaround time that I'm investing myself into those relationships, and building that trust.
