01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to gain hands-on experience within organizations before pursuing independent consulting, as working in the field provides a critical foundation for understanding how businesses truly operate, make decisions, and navigate challenges in real time. I also encourage building strong interpersonal and collaboration skills early, because success in this profession depends not only on technical expertise but on the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, build trust, and communicate with clarity and confidence. Over time, combining practical industry experience with strong relationship skills creates the credibility, insight, and judgment needed to succeed as a consultant and advisor.
