01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Let yourself be confident and market yourself when you're doing your PhD work. It can seem a little egotistical sometimes in the academic world to be talking about your accomplishments. Be proud of the things you're working on and market yourself to the public. Be louder than the guys.
