Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of curiosity, resilience, and a strong bias for action.

I’ve never waited for things to be perfect. I move, test, learn, and keep evolving. At the same time, I care deeply about the details and the impact of the work, which helps turn ideas into results.

And just as importantly, I’ve learned that success isn’t individual, it’s built through collaboration, trust, and surrounding yourself with people who challenge you to be better.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

As in the movie Frozen... Let it go!

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I’d encourage young women entering this industry to focus on building a leadership style that feels truly their own, grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and a willingness to keep evolving while keeping clear boundaries.

Surround yourself with people who elevate you, and be that person for others as well. Speak with clarity and confidence, trust your perspective, and don’t underestimate the value of your voice in the room. Most importantly, remember that there isn’t a single mold for success. The industry benefits from diverse ways of leading, thinking, and showing up so your uniqueness isn’t something to adjust, it’s something to bring forward.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The challenge is that audiences have more options than ever, so frequency isn’t guaranteed. The opportunity is getting it right from the moment you walk in to the theatre if it feels intentional we create something people can’t replicate at home. For me, it’s about turning every visit into a reason to come back. That’s where the real growth is.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Connection is the value I hold most dear, both professionally and personally. As I advance in my career, I’ve realized that the ability to connect and share what I do creates opportunities to impact others in ways I might never anticipate. Even small contributions can be meaningful, and I’ve learned that embracing and sharing them, not just quietly doing them, expands my ability to make a positive difference in my industry and in the lives of others.
