About Jo
Jo Bratcher serves as a senior project manager in the sign industry, representing Louisville, Kentucky. She began her career in 2004 after working as an architectural CAD designer and developing carpal tunnel syndrome, which prompted a shift to the sign field. Over more than 20 years, she managed a sign company for 13 and a half years, handling design, production, car wrapping, and all aspects of operations. She later transitioned to outside sales and her current role, where she manages projects from start to finish, including client acquisition, site surveys, design coordination, quoting, and installation oversight. Bratcher is a certified draftsman with a BA in CAD design and a certificate in MicroStation. Her education includes graduation from Seneca High School in 1982, one year at the University of Kentucky, and architectural CAD design studies at Louisville Technical Institute.
