Jo Page is a seasoned retail store owner with a long-standing career built on entrepreneurship, adaptability, and hands-on leadership. She began her retail journey while her children were in grade school, opening her first dress shop in Long Beach, Texas. As her family relocated due to her husband’s banking career, she continued to grow her presence in retail, successfully opening and operating stores in multiple Texas communities, including Marshall, where she expanded from percentage rent arrangements to establishing a downtown location.

Her expertise deepened when she joined a corporate retail organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which led her to Dallas for training and the opening of a new store in the Marshall mall. Within six months, she was promoted to branch manager overseeing multiple locations across Texas and Louisiana. In this role, she gained extensive operational experience managing multi-store performance, staffing, and loss prevention, while navigating the challenges of corporate retail leadership, including employee theft prevention and high-pressure personnel decisions.

After several years in corporate retail, Jo transitioned into owning and operating a successful jewelry store for a decade, where she achieved top-tier sales performance and built a reputation for strong merchandising and people development. Known for her ability to identify talent and cultivate long-term employee success, she mentored staff who later became business owners and franchise operators. Following her husband’s health challenges, she made the decision to retire and sell the business, leaving behind a legacy of ethical leadership, strong sales performance, and a lasting impact on the people she employed.
