Joan Arnold

She is a tax law, benefits, and legal education professional with extensive experience in tax practice leadership, corporate taxation, international taxation, and legal instruction. She spent more than 30 years with Troutman Pepper Locke LLP and its predecessor firms, serving as Partner, Practice Group Leader, and Chair of the Tax and Benefits Practice Group before retiring. Her background also includes decades of teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University’s James Beasley School of Law and Villanova School of Law, where she taught JD and LLM courses in corporate tax, international tax, partnership tax, mergers and acquisitions, and business tax planning.
