Joan Dim

She is a published novelist, historian, public affairs leader, writer, editor, op-ed contributor, university communications professional, and historical research professional with extensive experience writing books, articles, features, and institutional histories. She currently works as a self-employed novelist and historian after spending 20 years in public affairs at New York University. Her background includes serving as Managing Director of Public Affairs at NYU and co-authoring a history of the university, Miracle on Washington Square.
