Jocelyn Daly

Jocelyn Daly is a training, operations, and organizational development leader with over 11 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Based in Chicago, Illinois, she has built her career at Shake Shack, beginning in restaurant operations as the brand expanded westward. She quickly moved into corporate roles at the support center, where she has helped develop scalable systems for new store openings, covering aspects from budgeting and construction to hiring and marketing. In her current position, which she has held for about six months, her responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, field visits to existing and upcoming locations, supporting construction and training teams, and creating playbooks to align operations across departments. Jocelyn holds a bachelor's degree in health coaching and nutrition from the University of Iowa, which she applies to coaching and educating teams, including adaptations for guest preferences. She has been recognized internally with a Spirit Award and a nomination for the Stand for Something Good award.
