What do you attribute your success to?
Driven by a profound passion for helping others, I attribute my success to a powerful philosophy: embracing the unknown. I believe that accepting what I don’t know is the key to growth, allowing me to learn from mistakes and continually evolve. My hard work and commitment to self-improvement are constant guiding principles in both my personal and professional life. One of my most notable professional achievements is a team effort from three years ago, when I helped contribute to the expansion of our clinic and the implementation of a perinatal mobile bus, which has been serving the community since spring 2025. Just knowing that I played a part in a project that has such a tangible, positive impact on the community brings me immense joy.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the healthcare industry is to begin with an open mind and an insatiable willingness to learn. Healthcare is ever-growing; learning daily and actively seeking opportunities will become the building blocks of a rewarding and impactful career.
