About Jocelyn
I have been in the automotive industry for over 12 years. Currently, I serve as the heavy-duty brand manager for Valvoline Global Operations, overseeing brand strategy, portfolio, promotions, and development across the U.S. and Canada. Previously at Illinois Tool Works with the Rain-X brand, I managed international initiatives in New Zealand and Latin America as well as product management for wiper blades, including launching the Raynex Longitude Blade as the first product manager on the DISM side. I earned my product management certification from Georgia Tech with a focus on digital product innovation after attending Georgia State University and studying in Grenoble, France.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Protecting your boundaries personally and professionally. Everyone's time is valuable. Treat your calendar like a budget and know your boundaries.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Hone in on your expertise and believe in it so others can advocate for your talent. Build your own board of directors with sponsors and actively seek senior leaders who can advocate for your advancement.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is key. Stick to your gut and foundations even when facing adversity in corporate America.
