Jodi Franklin is the Owner and Office Manager of Franklin’s HVAC LLC, a trusted local business proudly serving the Tallahassee Metropolitan Area since 2017. With over eight years of dedication to quality service, Jodi has built a reputation for honesty, integrity, and customer care. She is deeply motivated by helping families—especially when she hears a customer say, “I don’t know what I would’ve done without you.” Jodi ensures that every service is necessary and every job is done thoroughly, never recommending repairs or replacements that aren’t truly needed. Her leadership and commitment have been the driving forces behind the company’s success and longevity.
Beyond her business, Jodi is passionate about empowering others. Beginning in November 2025, she will start teaching HVAC classes for single mothers at the local community center. These workshops will focus on practical skills such as changing air filters and basic system maintenance, giving women the confidence to care for their homes and families. This initiative reflects Jodi’s belief in education, community, and independence—and her desire to make a meaningful difference beyond her day-to-day operations.
When she’s not managing Franklin’s HVAC, Jodi enjoys spending time outdoors—hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and relaxing by the river with friends and family. She and her husband also give back to their community by hosting and cooking for local events, continuing to strengthen the bonds that make Tallahassee feel like home. I attribute my success to the unwavering love and support of my family. They have been my foundation, motivating me to persevere, stay grounded, and strive for excellence in everything I do.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay open-minded and never stop learning. Embracing new ideas and continuously expanding my knowledge has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field right now is navigating the constant ups and downs of business. However, I also see this as an opportunity—to adapt, grow, and find creative solutions that strengthen resilience and long-term success.
