I am a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in human resources, operations, business development, and strategic consulting, currently serving as President and CEO of Platinum Business Solutions, INC., a role I have held since December 2005, where I lead a dynamic company providing consulting solutions and operational leadership to domestic and international companies, partnering with C-level teams across startups, Fortune 100, and Fortune 500 companies. Under my leadership, Platinum has successfully provided large-volume hiring solutions and human resource services, built national business practices, and performed innovative technology consulting strategies.

Prior to this role, I served as VP of Operations and Human Resources at SMG Pharmaceuticals LLC for two years, where I was responsible for overall human resource strategy and operations, including international relations, recruiting and negotiating salaries for key stakeholders including the Chief Medical Officer and VP of Regulatory, developing leadership development and training programs, facilitating goal setting and performance management, and initiating wholesaler agreements. I also served as Manager of Recruiting and Human Resources at Platinum Business Solutions Inc for nearly three years, where I directed operations for a national emergency management and homeland security firm and served as primary HR liaison to the Governor of New York's Office of Storm Recovery for Hurricane Sandy relief.

Earlier in my career, I served as Client Development Director and Human Resource Director at Premier Alliance Group for over a year, where I trained sales teams, created business plans and proposals, and managed human resources and daily operations. I also served as Director of Human Relations and Engagement Manager at Alphanumeric Systems for over a year, where I developed a relationship with GlaxoSmithKline into the largest revenue account, leading to three million dollars in annual billing for staffing and solutions.
