Jodi Melvin- Kaczorowski
Jodi Melvin-Kaczorowski is a seasoned education leader specializing in K–12 curriculum development, online learning, and EdTech leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Curriculum Development at Lincoln Learning Solutions, she leads curriculum strategy across multiple subject areas and grade levels, ensuring alignment with state and national standards while driving innovation in digital learning. With a strong background in classroom teaching, curriculum authorship, and cross-functional program management, Jodi is known for building high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and delivering meaningful learning experiences at scale.
Over her career, Jodi has held progressive leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Grades EK–6 Curriculum Development and Product Development Lead, where she guided teams in developing high-quality online curriculum, coached educators in best practices, and oversaw platform transitions and interactive content design. Her work integrates technology with pedagogy, emphasizing instructional rigor, adoption readiness, and continuous improvement. Jodi also contributes to AI initiatives in education, ensuring that innovative tools support learning safely and effectively.
Before transitioning to leadership roles, Jodi taught for over 15 years in diverse K–12 classroom settings, including special education and multiple disabilities classrooms, where she developed differentiated instruction and supported student growth through data-driven strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Penn State University and a Principal Certification from PennWest Edinboro, and she continues to volunteer and advocate for students and educators in her community.
