01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It's definitely a career of the heart. I think the most successful teachers have understood that it's not just the science of how you teach, you know, from the pedagogic methods to the child development. It's not just that. It's actually the art of being able to adapt in every situation and for every child. You know, it's definitely something where it takes a lot of patience, and if you don't truly love what you're doing, then, it's, you know, it's a job, and education can't be a job. It is a choice, it's a career, and I just, I definitely think that's, you know, people need to understand that. Teachers love what they do because they love their children.
