My advice to young women entering this industry is to keep your head up and stay resilient. Always fight the good fight, advocate for yourself, and trust in your abilities—you have the strength to succeed.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Some of the biggest challenges in my field right now include the ongoing impacts of COVID, supply shortages, funding constraints, and working in a male-dominated environment. At the same time, there is no shortage of opportunity—there are so many ways to grow, advance, and make a meaningful impact in this industry.
