What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Stay curious! There are constantly new products/ ideas. It’s important to stay up to date in the latest in the field, and have fun learning about it!

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Jo is a passionate advocate for the trans community and works to ensure inclusivity and representation in her personal and professional life.
