01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourself. Do not doubt yourself. When you are in the room, believe that you belong in the room. Be the hardest working person in the room. Push yourself, get all the skills, get all the tools, put them in your arsenal, and when you do get the opportunity, step in with confidence.
