Johana Molano

I began my real estate career in 2016 working for a developer company in Colombia, where I was doing development and also able to do ground-up construction projects on my own, specifically single-family homes. This early experience in development and construction gave me a strong foundation in the industry. Eight years ago, I moved to West Palm Beach where I expanded my expertise by working in real estate sales construction and doing a little bit of lending. Now I work as an analyst for Foxtrail Development, a position I just started a couple months ago. I'm currently based in New York, though my real estate license is in Florida, so I do very little work in Florida and am working mostly in development right now. I'm also about to finish my master's degree in real estate finance at NYU in December of this year, which is helping me build the experience I need to work for a bigger company and succeed in leveraging that experience.
