About Johnnie
She is an evangelist, life coach, ministry leader, and marriage ministry counselor with nearly three decades of experience teaching, speaking, encouraging, and serving others through faith-based ministry. She has spent about 25 years as an evangelist, traveling to churches and events such as women’s teas, mother-daughter teas, and conferences. Her work centers on teaching, prayer, encouragement, and helping others grow spiritually and personally. She also offers live encouragement sessions and is currently pursuing publication of a manuscript.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My personality. I show up when I'm needed. Family support.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Shut up and listen. Listen closely to what people are really saying.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Make sure you have a connection with God and a prayer life. Be real with yourself, know who you are, and be truthful.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Staying the course of knowing who I am, being solid and sure about who you are and what you're doing.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
To be able to pour into others' lives and watch them grow. I love pouring into others' lives.
