What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Do not let your inner Victim control your life. Let yourself heal and grow. Then be fierce in your growth.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Never let anyone tell you that you cannot do anything! Everyone, even people that care about you deeply, can hold you back. Do not let them. Know your limitations, but work to grow past them.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is dealing with unprofessional or discouraging leadership that can undermine confidence and growth. I experienced this firsthand when a broker publicly belittled me in front of 26 colleagues, despite my performance as a top listing agent. When I decided to leave the company, the broker tried to prevent my departure, but I remained composed and strategic. During a nationwide Verizon phone outage, I successfully transferred my license to MREC, managing the situation professionally despite resistance. That experience, while difficult, became a defining moment that strengthened my resilience and fueled my determination to succeed. It reminded me that every challenge presents an opportunity to rise above negativity and build success on my own terms—ultimately becoming a top producer and proving that integrity and perseverance always prevail.
