01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

When it comes to those 9-to-5 days, a lot of the time when you are young and not knowing why you're doing what you're doing, the passion could be hard to find. A lot of times you don't until later. You worked five six years and then you're like really this is what I'm gonna do for the longest time? For me personally I think working in the normal day-to-day I just grow to see that this is not what I want to do and I encourage people to also look into starting something up their own and if they don't like it then do what they find as the professional job is like what do you go to school for or what you think you're good at then continue doing that. I think everyone should try to start something and see what their ability is when it comes to personal growth and career path or passion finding.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

In my field like in terms of finance the challenging part is AI has grown a lot. Organizations should start applying AI into it because it does cut out a lot of the day-to-day stuff like you do save time and work on other stuff more now with AI help. There's a lot of organization they kind of scare of using it or whatever the CEO or like the head director wants them to do they kind of follow and then I think that's the hard part is as somebody just working as an employee you don't really have the voice to decide but you can get suggestion and stuff like that.
