About Jordyn
I am a service coordinator, educator, and advocate dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life's challenges and build brighter futures. I currently serve as a Service Coordinator and Case Manager at The Resource Exchange, a role I stepped into in May 2026, where I work alongside individuals and families to help them navigate resources and access the support they need to thrive. My role focuses on building strong relationships, advocating for personalized care, and bringing clarity to complex systems, and I am passionate about creating a supportive, people-centered experience that promotes independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Before joining The Resource Exchange, I worked in a variety of educational and enrichment roles that allowed me to connect with students of all ages. I served as an Enrichment Teacher at Grasshopper Kids, where I led fun, interactive classes for elementary students in subjects like basketball, cooking and home economics, meditation, English, and creative writing, creating a safe and inclusive space where kids can learn, play, and grow while exploring new interests and developing healthy habits. I also worked as a Private Tutor at Thrive Tutoring Denver, where I approached education as a mentoring relationship and came alongside students to foster awareness, confidence, and direction so they could get back on track. I served as a Substitute Teacher at Kokua Education, providing classroom instruction and support across multiple grade levels and subject areas, ensuring continuity of learning while creating positive and structured learning environments. I also taught at Teams of Tomorrow Franchise, where I led high-energy, creative movement and enrichment classes that combined athletics, academics, and character development for young children through play-based learning.
Across my career in service coordination and education, my work has been driven by a belief that every person deserves support, encouragement, and the opportunity to grow. Whether I am helping a family navigate complex systems, teaching a child a new skill, or mentoring a student through a challenging time, I am committed to creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
