Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jordyn
01What do you attribute your success to?
The people that I surround myself with, just really choosing people to be in your life that build you up rather than tear you down.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To be true to who you are. I always tell all my partners, there's a time to be serious, but there's also a time that you can still have fun. This job isn't supposed to be so stressful that it affects your mental space. Have some fun and just be who you are.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Somebody that's willing to get the job done. I'm really big on being truthful, and just doing what you can to meet productivity standards. Not only meeting the standards that the company has set for you, but the standards that you set for yourself as well.
