01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Mistakes are okay, but speak up when you make them so we can fix it together. Never be closed off as an HR person; always be approachable so employees feel comfortable coming to you.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Managing employee relations issues with up to 5,000 people on site daily at a mega data center project, navigating decisions with JV partners while respecting other companies' policies, and being in the forefront handling situations directly rather than just learning from past cases.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Not being complacent and always looking to learn and grow. Being a people person who is approachable and values teamwork and consistency in HR support.
