The best career advice I’ve ever received is to try everything that sparks even a little interest. You never know what you’re truly best at until you give it a shot. I’ve learned to never hold back and to embrace every opportunity to explore and grow.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to be patient and persistent. Success doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s important not to expect everything to come immediately. Stay committed, keep learning, and trust the process.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the level of competition, which requires staying adaptable and continuously improving. At the same time, there’s a tremendous opportunity in networking—building meaningful connections can open doors, foster collaboration, and create pathways for growth.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are organization, punctuality, and loyalty. I believe staying organized allows me to be efficient and effective, punctuality shows respect for others’ time, and loyalty fosters trust and strong, lasting relationships.
