About Josephine
She is a public health and research professional with extensive experience in epidemiology, data collection, and program management. Her background includes leading multi-site NIH-funded research on tobacco control and health disparities, conducting clinical and cardiovascular research, and using tools such as REDCap, Qualtrics, NVivo, and eye-tracking technology for data collection and analysis. She also has project management experience coordinating statewide community health initiatives across 15+ organizations and currently works as an Academic Coach at Rutgers University, supporting students with executive functioning and evidence-based study strategies.
