01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The beginning of early in your career is a grind... trusting the process and trusting that every step you take no matter if you're entry-level or 2 years in, 5 years in, you need every step of that experience to get you to where you want to be... don't be afraid to speak up... those little things that can kind of make you stand out and show your passion and drive, like, go really, really far.
