She is a compassionate and results-driven nonprofit executive with over six years of progressive leadership at Rescue Mission Alliance, currently serving as Director of the San Fernando Valley, where she oversees shelter operations, program strategy, and client services for the Home Again and Renewed Hope initiatives. Her tenure includes roles as Associate Director and Program Manager, during which she developed and scaled housing and recovery programs for vulnerable populations, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to ending homelessness and restoring dignity. Prior to this, she served as Health Care Manager and Foster Care Community Coordinator at Urban Strategies, coordinating holistic care for children and families in transition. Her decade-long practice as a self-employed Holistic Health Practitioner reflects her integrative approach to wellness, while her nearly seven years as Parent Center Director at Los Angeles Unified School District underscore her ability to build community partnerships, lead parent engagement initiatives, and advocate for educational equity.
