Her Story
About Journey
I work for BCD Travel, where I focus on improving the travel experience through innovation. I've been exploring how travel analytics can evolve beyond traditional retrospective reporting to provide more traveler-centric planning visibility, specifically around itinerary density, recovery windows, and compressed travel cadence. My main focus has been on wellness, helping travelers minimize their travel strain and risk. I'm currently developing a prototype app that works against a scale and incorporates AI to help travelers make better decisions. The tool would also provide managers with visibility into their travel teams. I'm actively working to expand outside of my normal scope and bring meaningful innovation to the field. I have a degree in English literature from Arizona State University with a minor in statistical mathematics.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think the best advice in general for a career is fake it till you make it, because what you think about yourself, you begin to believe, and if you believe you can do it, then you'll find a way to do it.
