Her Story
About Jovanna
Jovanna Gulick is a sales and business development professional with a strong focus on business-to-business development. After attending college for about two years in New Mexico without finishing her degree, she opened and operated two retail beauty businesses in the state, which she ran successfully for four years before selling them. She later took a career break to be a stay-at-home mom and homeschool her children, during which she also did some freelance makeup work. She then entered the food service distribution industry as an account manager for a smaller company, where she built customer relationships and worked with business owners. After one year, she was recruited by a larger food service company, which doubled her salary and offered greater commission and bonus opportunities. Her background highlights her skills in relationship building, customer acquisition and retention, and operational leadership from her entrepreneurial experience. She is also involved in starting a nonprofit to support NICU families and their siblings, and she has participated in a mentorship program called Credit Counsel Elite related to her rental property investments.
