01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't stop moving forward. A lot of us women can sometimes get derailed in our career goals, just life happens. There's a lot of things that are asked of women, and I would say just don't ever stop making small progressions forward in your career. Sometimes that might mean that you have to go slower for a time, but that's okay, just don't stop.
