What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry to take things as they come, but always be prepared. You may need to make changes along the way, and it’s important to be ready to adjust and pivot. If things don’t go exactly as planned, that’s okay—what matters is to keep moving forward.
